Fountains
What are your fountains made of?
All of our fountains are made of solid brass.
How many finishes do you have?
We offer some of our products in two patinas: Verdigris (green-gray) and bronze.
Can I special order a finish?
Because of the difficulty of working with metals and the finishing materials, we do not offer custom finishes.
Will they rust?
Brass will not rust.
Will the color fade?
Some of the smooth surfaces may loose some of the verdigris finish and turn a dark brown color. Any exposed surface where moisture can accumulate will turn more verdigris.
How long will they last?
We like to call our pieces " heirlooms of tomorrow" since brass will not decay or rust, you will enjoy your fountain or sculpture for many, many years.
Can I use them indoors?
All of our pieces have been designed to enhance the beauty of your house inside and out.
How do they weather the outdoors?
Brass will not rust. Moisture on brass causes a chemical reaction that gives brass its verdigris patina. An outdoor setting will only enhance the finish of your piece.
What does saltwater do to brass?
Nothing. Moisture of any kind will add to the beauty of your piece
Ponds
How many ponds do you have?
We have three ponds: Small stone pond, granite or natural, 38"L x 35"W x 9"H; 40 lbs.

You can get our ponds in granite or natural (sand stone) finish.
Can I get them in a different finish?
Sorry, we only offer a granite and natural finish.

Our ponds are strong enough to support a grown man standing on the edge. We do not recommend for anyone to stand in the basin.
Can I step inside of them?
Our ponds are not design for wading in them. We do not recommend that anyone to stand in the basin of the pond.
Will they fade?
Because of the natural compounds in our ponds they will retain their color and will age just like any granite rock.

Setting Up
Fountains
What do I need to make my fountain run?
You need three things: The fountain sculpture, the receptacle to hold water and a submersible, recirculating pump.
What size pump do I need?
The required pump will be determined by several factors. The size of the fountain, size of the internal copper tubing, distance from pump to discharge point and the amount of water that needs to be discharged. Because of all these factors, it is very difficult to recommend a pump with out knowing the specifics. Contact your nearest dealer for more information.
Can I run 2 with 1 pump?
Some of our smaller fountains, that do not require a large amount of water discharge, can be run with only 1 pump. Contact your nearest dealer for more information.
How do I secure them?
Securing our fountains will depend on their application. Some fountains you will be able to bolt in place, while others will need to be cemented in place. Please note that none of our pieces come with drill-holes or mounting bolts.
Ponds
How do I make sure that my pond does not leak?
Place the pond outside on a flat, dry surface. Fill the pond with water and allow it to sit for a few hours to be certain that there are no leaks. If your pond is leaking, please contact the retailer that you purchased the pond from.
How do I set up my ponds for a waterfall effect?
Our lightweight ponds can be stacked as high as you wish to create a waterfall effect. Water can flow from a large pond to a large pond; from a small pond to a small pond and from a small pond to a large pond. The first pond should be laid flat on the ground. The upper pond will need a 12" back support and should overlap the bottom pond sufficiently to allow adequate clearance for the cascade to clear the inside edge of the lower pond. Any additional ponds that you add to your waterfall will need supports in 12" increments. (Also shims may be required to stabilize/level pond).

How do I clean my Bellagio Bronze fountain?
Wipe off the water spots with a coarse cloth or by brushing the spots with a very soft brass-bristled brush. A Lint brush works very well. After you are done removing the water spots, you should apply a light coat of paste wax (Minwax, a furniture wax, works very well). Buff with a clean cloth.
Ponds
How do I clean my pond?
If your pond is outside, Drain the water; scrub the pond. Use a small amount of Armoral to clean scuff-marks on the outside.
